USA Project Manager – Bruce Rubin was involved in coordinating scheduling, follow-up and general liaison between Insight Engineering, City representatives and the USA office and field staff.  USA Field Staff – Eric Kelsay, Jerry Thomas and Brian Carey have all been involved in the survey of the Talladega water system at some point. They are tasked with fieldwork related to the data collection and pinpointing of leaks throughout the system.

USA Field Staff –Jerry Thomas has extensive experience with this client and has provided the majority of fieldwork over the past 2-3 years. Since we first started, the City has installed an MLog system and we now verify the data and pinpoint the leaks associated with the MLog system.
